How to set up Zoom and invite teams
Zoom is a fantastic option for video chat conference calls if you are calling multiple people. It is free to use, but you will need to download it here. Here is a very informative video on how to register for Zoom and this one demonstrates how to download Zoom and set up a meeting.

Hosting a Trivia Night
If you do NOT have the Zoom app installed, go to zoom.us and select “Host a Meeting” to start the installation. If you DO have the App installed, see below -
1. Open your Zoom app on your desktop and click Sign In. (Note: If you do not have a current Zoom account, please click on Sign Up Free to create a new one.)
2. Log in using the E-mail and password that you have
created, or with Google (Gmail), Facebook, or Login with
SSO.
3. Click the downward arrow and select Start with video,
then click New Meeting to start an instant meeting.
Inviting others to a Trivia Night
1. Click Manage Participants (if you’re the host)
2. Click Invite at the bottom of the participants panel.
3. Choose on the following invite options:
a. Email—Click the Invite by Email tab.
i. Select an email provider:
ii. Default Email: Invite others by using your default
email application for your computer.
iii. Gmail or Yahoo Mail: Invite others by using the
Gmail or Yahoo website. You will be prompted
you to sign in to your account.
iv. Note: A new email will be composed automatically
with the meeting information in the email body.
v. Add recipients to the email and send it.
b. URL or invitation text
i. Click Copy URL or Copy Invitation if you want to
send your instant meeting information elsewhere.
ii. Copy URL: Copy the meeting join link.
iii. Copy Invitation: Copy the full invitation text.
iv. Paste the URL or invitation using Ctrl + V on
Windows, or cmd + V on a Mac. You can also
right-click and click Paste. Send it to your friends
who you want to join the meeting.
